Nice little beer garden , delicious looking food and local beers & ales
Chilled atmosphere during the day. Great place to bring the newborn for a trip out.
Newly restored and reopened pub . Has potential to be a great local boozer but still needs some work.
Update: Had the roast again and it was a lot better this time. Bread sauce on the online menu but the staff don't even know what it is, though.
Great atmosphere and good food!
Sunday roast looks good, but isn't really all that. They pour the gravy on it themselves and don't provide extra. My chicken was pretty dry.
How can a pub not have enough shot glasses? Only 11 on the whole premises it seems.
This place has gone down since it reopened when it started fab. The food we had was very expensive and slow (50mins for a bowl of fries )
Good decor and ambience but some terrible TERRIBLE staff . Not all, but a few are enough to ruin the experience.
Nice outdoor area
Good steak , good cocktails
This pub is absolutely terrible, and I will never recommend anyone to order anything from it’s menu besides a pint of beer which you would hope that they can’t screw that one up too.
Absolutely the best affordable bite in London. Helpful and pleasant staff, great atmosphere, very authentic. The Champion burger is to die for - Chase
A great find in Deptford. The local Rafiki beer is nice and drinks easily, the food is reasonably priced and tasty. - Ian Huntington
Amazing sunday roasts! So much food and sooooo tasty. This is a perfect Sunday afternoon place. Try the cocktails too - Chris Hesky
Spectacular food....OMG! Started with Ostrich Soole and a Currytini! - Bar Exchange
The pizzas are really amazing. If you’re coming with kids, go for the Kids Combo: a small Margherita pizza, juice and dessert. Good atmosphere. - Anjali Ramachandran
