29b Hu Tieu Nam Vang Kho is the best "Dry Pho " I've had in the City . Great flavor and very satisfying.
Nothing special about the restaurant but com thit nuong sa - crushed rice with grilled lemongrass pork is tasty. Say hi to the life size vietnamese mannequin at the door.
Don't be startled by the woman greeting you at the door. She may come in a hardshell case, but she means well .

Lemongrass pork and pho is good. But don't sit near the kitchen, there's a dirty rag smell 🤥

17 all the way. The Viet sandwiches are great as well
Pretty solid pho here. Great lunch spot .
They need better quality ingredients and a better fleet for imports and or local harvest. Fake crab meat , okay veggies , trippy place.
soup base in the pho is top tier in sf
Their pho broth is a bit too sweet for my taste but the dry noodles are great
Highly recommend the Shaking Beef with Garlic Noodle dish. Very attentive and pleasant service .
Bun bo hue and #75 spicy beef with Thai basi!! Amazing
I am a tofu aficianado and like spicy food , and the #55 here is top 3 alltime hands down. Randomly walked into this place and am leaving happy.

Probably the best pho I've ever tried!
Phô ga and shrimp spring rolls - perfect dinner for one
The #32 here is really excellent, but don't miss the coconut smoothie with tapioca pearls !
Number 19 and some summer rolls with peanut sauce ! Game changer!
The pho is really good, but the wait staff is a little weird.

Although not that traditional, the Pad Thai combo (#41) with seafood is very tasty.
Pho dac biet is good
My veggie Banh mi took a bit to come out...apparently because it's hot
HUGE portions . Order conservatively.
$9 for a small pho ? no thanks. super hot broth cooks noodles to mushy imperfection. 👎🏼
