The salads are fresh..the pasta is delicious....both have so many options. I love the cheese Piada stick and the berry Italian soda....nothing like this in PA...I come here every time I'm in town !
Pick pasta , piada or bowl. Then pick your meat. Then pick your veggies . Veggie selection is much better than most places. Food is good. Place is clean . Fast. Good service and good price.
Piada's and pasta bowls are both excellent and unique. I also recommend the kids pasta bowl- it's definitely more smaller and doesn't leave you feeling too full or bloated plus it's cheaper! :)
Lots of good ingredients like artichokes . Sub dried tomatoes . Lots of dressings and other sauces. And not expensive . Less than 7 per dish. And taste is very good

It's is an Italian version of Mexican restaurant chipotle. You get to pic soup or noodles and then all the toppings you desire. :)
