This really is the only cafe to legally buy the legendary Trappist Westvleteren beers , one of which (Westvleteren 12) is considered the best in the world. Go here and you be the judge. Very busy.
This is Trappist ale heaven! Try all the selections, but you absolutely must have the 12!
Of course you should try one of the trappist beers here. But the ice cream is also great!

Simplesmente a casa da melhor cerveja do mundo. Em época certa é possível comprar as cervejas , porém somente em caixas com 6 que custam 22 euros. Uma bagatela. Não pode visitar o mosteiro .

Super fromage et pâté . Westvleteren 12 somptueuse !
Lekkere trappisten . Lekkere croque in de vrede. Jammer dat niet alle groentjes vers waren (wortel en knolselderij kwamen uit bokaal). Een kleine versnapering bij de trapist was ook lekker geweest.

Schandalig duur. Spijtig dat één van de beste bieren ter wereld zo uitgebuit wordt. 8 jaar geleden was dit gans iets anders.
