SUGARFISH by sushi nozawa

The blue crab hand roll is one the best. Tip is included so no headache calculus at meal end. I recommend the "trust me" for a 360 view of the Nozawa style and quality.

This is a classic restaurant ! Worth going, and then going again and again. Great old school atmosphere with excellent service and superb food. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Notice the ever so slight warmth of the rice in the sushi patty (rare), it makes a major difference in bringing out the fish taste vs. the usual dead cold rice . Let me know what you think.

Do yourself a favor and at least try the unagi , even if you've never had it. This is the way I've very had.

Get the "Trust Me" set if it's your first time. It's so good you won't need soy sauce ! I wish it was heavier on the stomach though.

In addition to the basic "trust me" - try the large scallop sushi - really wonderful with their salt and spices. Such a treat.

Everything is very fresh. I go for the Nozawa and am very satisfied at the end.
