The Bison Tartare is excellent - the salt rolls are to die for - the Brussels and chili lime smashed potatoes - wonderful... The grass fed steak - omg - wasn't about to leave one bite behind! ????????

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a modern steakhouse with the best wine , look no further. If you want a one of a kind experience, ask to sit at the Chef's table by the raw bar !

Everything we had was delicious. The duck and bison for appetizer were amazing. And the filet mignon flight was awesome. Dessert was also incredible. 5 stars for this place
