Overall a good experience here - had an issue with being bitten by ants while inside the condo , but great views , friendly staff , and was cool to see the iguanas just wandering around.

Great location, stayed in unit #2 with a wonderful view BUT the carpet upstairs, window curtains and hardware haven't been updated since built, 20-30 years. Awful red ants but office offered discount .

Stayed in #7 and it was nice enough for a rental unit . Can't speak to leaky roofs, since we had no rain, but they fixed the hot tub . I would come again.

If you're not in the front middle two... You might as well stay in the very back ones cause the views the same and it's closer to the tennis courts

. In addition, we left covered in bug bites and the property manager had no interest in hearing or appeasing our concerns.

Do not stay here. View is great but condos have shoddy construction with interior not updated in 15-20 years. Our unit leaked, had mold, and the hot tub was broken.

Don't stay here. Only 2 units are beach front and the places leak horribly during rain. Hot tub was a cold tub. Owner doesn't care
