If you are a child (or immature adult) visiting the gardens , listen when you are told NOT to walk on the wall surrounding the fountain .
They have a trick or treat walk the Saturday before Halloween . Great way to see some of their work for the Mum Festival & Christmas Lights before the big events . All while making the kids happy!

August is the time for locals to visit. They have a founders day that people from Mobile Co. can get in for free.

We went on the 23rd, got there when they opened, and thought it was crowded THEN. Nothing compared to when we left at 7. Crazy busy. Get here a little early!
