Wanna get your coffee sooner? Take a cab downtown and get your coffee there. Then go back to the airport and go through security again.You'll still get it faster than if you wait here.

At 6:30 am, I found the line to go very quickly. Employees are cheery and friendly .

I know the people that work at this Starbucks and they are hard workers and some of these comments are so rude. Try being in their shoes before you talk its a lot of work.

The women working here look miserable. The service is fast, though!

The oatmeal with all the toppings is yum!

Coffee is what pulses through my veins and Starbucks is to blame

Try the pumpkin spice latte--if it's in season.

The line is always long and there are never enough people working this location.

Another overpriced franchise run by HMS Host. Drinks are $1 more than on the street.

Better layout than the old one.

Very slow and always long lines . Get a shoe shine right around the corner instead.

Could be the worst Starbucks staff in Cincinnati perhaps even continental United States .

They need to seriously upgrade their system. Can't redeem free drink points. This sucks

They don't open until 5:30 am

If you are in a hurry don't bother.

Slowest baristas ever. Go across to Outback for a beer instead.
