On the west side of Beacon Hill, Dr. Jose Rizal Park has an amazing view of south Downtown and Elliot Bay. The park has a dog off-leash area at its north end, and picnic tables, restrooms, and a small play area for children to the south.

Someone suggested - take a picture from this bridge and you will see real Seattle downtown . It was just wow experience comparing what we had before.
Beautiful park that is perfect for a sunset walk. Didn't run into ppl with dogs or homeless ppl. Also, paved road leads to the I-90 loop for cyclists! Make your way to the bridge for photo-ops!
Gorgeous skyline and harbor views .
Just north of the gazebo , in front of the fence, stand on top of the Jobox for a great Panoramic Stitch opportunity of Qwest, the Olympics, and downtown Seattle.
Great view of downtown
