Dine in is an option but is highly discourage. The place is very small. Since the name is Nem, I suggest you stick with it. The dipping sauce will not be as good as Brodard, set ur expectation low.
$1.50 for each nem nuong coun but the rolls are very authentic and tasty. Sauce is too sweet though...
