One of my favorite Hyatt's ever! Staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are fantastic! 5th floor overlooking the golf course and mountains . Great bar and happy hour . Pool/hot tub area is lovely.
This property is located near the airport but in downtown, I can say that the bar and pool are both amazing and great perks to the atrium facing / mountain or city rooms

They are in the midst of construction so only have vale parking @ $25 for overnight. Nasty attitude from everyone! Guess they don't need visitors here in Palm Springs

Awful customer service! I highly recommend you book a room elsewhere. We hosted a conference here and were treated like second rate clients. We were ignored and snubbed. So disappointed.
