The reviews here aren't wrong. Best Swedish meatballs in Stockholm. They do other really tasty sounding meals too. Chocolate Terrine with raspberry ice-cream was total heaven. Well worth a visit.

Excellent food. Had the meatballs and they reminded me of the ones my Swedish grandmother used to make us. We had a really nice time here, good food, cool atmosphere.

The "S.O.S." (smor, ost and sil -or butter cheese and herring ) is great! Especially if you're not hungry for a huge portion . Cured salmon is pricey and had a fishy aftertaste that was too much for me.

A lavish yet slightly shabby interior and big portions of traditional Swedish food set this place apart . Mid-range price wise and well worth a visit if passing through the city !

Traditional Swedish food . Nice building. Service was great. Food was alright and a bit pricy . We were placed in an empty area and not at the restaurant part with a lot of people.

Stay in Södermalm for an excellent dinner at Pelikan (0046 8 5560 9090; pelikan.se; mains around £20). The wood-panelled former beerhall offers hearty fare so Swedish it’s almost retro .

The meatballs are epic, but consider giving the pork knuckle a try too. It is amazing! Kudos to the staff as well , super friendly .

I tried the pelikan special meatballs along with the house beer . The portion size was very good.

A fin-de-siécle pub , open until 1 o'click in the morning, offering big tasty portions of deli food at the candle light . Try the Fläsklägg , but also the mythical swediah meatballs deserve a try here.
