Took my autistic son here for singing class just for fun. They refused to let me in to accompany without a charge. him. V.disappointed that Loudspeaker has NO COMPASSION for special needs people.

Speaker is quite good, better than teoheng. Room is spacious for two. Drink r toooo sweet tho. Singer selection shouldnt be by alphabetical order

K lunch on week day is only RM9.90 without any extra charge! Yummy fish & chips . Definitely worth it!

If you opt to order meals, the fried fish fillet is not as it seems- quite little cheese sauce with lotsa mayo and taste blunt. Fried kueh tiao isn't good.Fried rice is okay, spag carbonara is no no.

Highly not recommended, especially for veteran karaoke kakis. Limited old songs . Pretty impressed with their new songs collections though. I'd stick with Red Box & Neways !

This is one of the worst Loudspeaker outlet I've ever visited,and here I thought the Kota Damansara branch was bad. Service is bad. Songs selection horrible-cannot shuffle songs ..and the list goes on.

Receptionist is such a bitch. 4 ppl, give us small room, and she said that room can sit 4ppl. YOU DONT SAY?! I pay for it man! Everything here sucks. Won't ever come back, NEVER!

Lousy service & management..needed 3 different ppl 2 assure we hv paid our bills tho we hv constantly reminded them, either learn how 2 read ur receipt or change ur faulty system! Improvement needed..
