There is definitely better ramen in Taipei for the price. Noodles were good, but I wasn’t impressed by the broth. The chicken wings are delicious, though. Gets busy at dinner time.
The broth is thing and tasty, and the meat was fresh and tender.
Order this.... Just show them this picture I posted!!!!
Couldn’t find any other places that have spots and went here since it doesn’t take reservations . Wrong move :(
湯頭是以柴魚為底，叉燒是整塊而非切片，整體而言因為價格偏高算普通。從叉燒的口感可以想像他們的叉燒飯應該不錯，溏心蛋也很入味，小菜的鮭魚馬鈴薯沙拉蠻特別的。
低潮時，這碗麵粗有咬勁，肉大塊、湯夠味，絕對是救贖。
湯頭點了濃郁風，吃到一半覺得實在鹹膩，希望加清湯調整鹹度，得到的答案是「只能加熱開水」/ 囧😳😳😳
沾麵的湯是溫的。叉燒肉很肥。

滿好吃，口味重，不過和一般印象中的日式拉麵不大相同〜
