An amazing looking pub on the inside, the homemade pies are pretty good even though they are quite pricey . It's an actual theatre as well , running music , comedy and their own productions.

Beautiful place, with a historic aura. Beer selection is OK. Go on sundays: they have a jazz trio playing live from 13:00 to 15:00 and a special Sunday Roast to go with that!

It's a lovely place with a good variety of beer of draught as well as guest draughts . If in need of warmth, sit near the windows and place hands above the heating vent.

It’s an authentic place to be, great beer and the food is amazing! Try the frontier now that’s a nice beer !

Beautiful old building makes you feel like you're on a film set. Drinks and service are great. If you're visiting from London you'll find it cheap . In comparison.

I like this place but the beer is a bit pricey . I paid £10.60 for two pints and a bowl of olives It has a theatre upstairs which is interesting for a pub ! Worth a visit :-)

Strongly recommended but you don't get shared courses because they are not equivalent to two separate courses.

This is one of my favourite places on the planet. Pie 'n mash and a pint of Honey Dew . It just doesn't get any better!

No kids allowed in the bar area, but they are welcome in the Club Room

Very Grand building, superb atmosphere

Have a pint of Blue Moon US craft beer . Very smooth. Make sure you get an orange with it.
