Tip the valet guys or else they'll leave your car outside in the rain with the windows down! Gotta give em at least 10 every time they bring it around to you.

Don't forget your complimentary cookie -kept fresh all day for you via an oven door behind the front desk!

The valet service is really good, but really expensive . There is a parking lot right after the hotel entrance. $15 dollars for 24h, and no tips, of course.

Pura Vida, yes the same ones on SoBe , have added a micro version inside the residential side. Enjoy!

Lovely hotel in a great location

Not a place to stay if you are business in Miami. Front desk doesn't call you when room is ready for check in, despite promises to do so. Breakfast starts to late if you have to get to work.

Tip the valet guys! They are awesome and always have my car ready when I come downstairs :)

Lame hotel~no spa , no pool bar/café~ outdated rooms, old carpets and the nearest anything is 3 miles away. Better to spend your money on SOBE .

$10/day wireless internet is veeery slow, be patient if you are uploading or emailing files

Good location but needs a touch up. The service is not very good.

They really need to reevaluate the way the clean the rooms! First room dirty with handprints all over and foot prints all over! Two rooms later still dirty but not as bad! Cleanliness is important!

Don't miss the 10th floor pool and mega jacuzzi .

The balcony is open to all rooms and there is no heavy curtain to pull across the window! Serious lack of privacy, what the hell :(
