Con: Lots of people using disabled placards illegally. Hardest Costco around to get a disabled spot.

For returns, get there as early as possible. Usually line starts getting long around 11:30 am.

All the coupons in the coupon book can work as a "master coupon". They all have the same barcode on the back. Hence u only need to give one coupon.
