Manager states it's not their prob that their partner is giving out expired coupons. But fails to recognize this is a Bk issue not just the partner. Because BurgerKing is the name on the coupon.
Would not honor a buy 1 get 1 whopper from one of their partners. MOD states there is no affiliation. But he fails to understand this is a negative customer impact. I will never go there again. #Fact
Then when I asked for his name. His response was "due to 9/11 we no longer have to give our names because it is a risk." He's the manager but can't give his name hmmm. Looks like I'll be callin the DM
