Yes, the water really is that turquoise. In November, the water is usually warmer than the air...so have a go! You might even find yourself swimming alongside graceful Manta rays.

Elevators are not that bad, after all, it's a 31 story building. There are 3 main elevators & 1 on each end of the building that most people don't know about. Wonderful views & nice people!

This place is beautiful! We have stayed at many condos/hotels here in PCB & this is our favorite! The newest luxury condos & the closest to Pier Park :-)

On the beach . Close too everything. Great pls e to stay and own parking deck

Elevatirs not a problem, plan to avoid peak times or use elevators at far end of the building. This place is great. I ose enough to everything, far enough away to not be stoo n go

Elevators , when you are patient enough to get one, are fast. Just aren't nearly enough to service a building so large. Only a 15 minute walk from Pier Park though, which is nice.

Amazing ocean views , have seen dolphins and stingrays from our balcony . Clean and updated, room 812 is a great condo .

Regardless of what condo you are in, you can use the elevators on either siide and there is a single elevator hidden at the end of the hall.

Enjoy the spectacular view -even when it's overcast-and the easy access to the beach , great dining and shopping, if you like.

Main check-in time for most units is 4 pm on Saturday. Avoid the 4-6 pm window, or you'll wait in long lines for luggage carts and elevator .

Elevators , when working , it seems best to press both up and down. I am no elevator genius but it seems the settings are messed up. If you only press down , you wait, both you get one.

Jet skies rented on the beach next to chairs on the right. They are really fast, had a good time. People work there are really cool

Elevators are awful. On a busy day you'll be lucky if you get one in a 30-45 min timeframe. Be prepared to take the stairs ones or twice. I recommend staying on one of the bottom floors between 2-6.

Elevators are fine if you know where to go. Instead of always using middle ones, use the one on either end of building.

My elevator has been good this entire time! Far left one if looking at resort from the beach !

Lower floors are just easier. 2nd is best. No elevators needed!

The elevator only stops on level 2 occasionally because that's where the walk across is... I guess if you don't have a car with you then you wouldn't know that.?

Stay on one of the bottom floors . Elevators are never working and are so busy we had to carry our luggage up the stairs .

The sun is a beast on cloudy days

Whether you are going up or down get on when it opens. You aren't guaranteed another stop for 20 minutes.

It's a shame you have to pay $132.10 as a service/cleaning fee to get a room where your feet turn black from walking on a nasty tile floor! And a crappy mop left in here to top it off!

Beware of the elevators . Avoid summer Saturday's around 10 am and 3 to 6 pm. It's very busy.
