Canada Agriculture and Food Museum

This place has changed A LOT over the past few years. They've really upped their game from a family "edutainment" perspective. There's lots to see and do and interact with for kids and grown-ups.

Amazing working farm right in the heart of one of Canada's most populous cities ! A great place to teach kids (and adults!) about where their food comes from.

This is the only museum in the city with self-updating exhibits ! Afternoons are quieter , especially in the fall. We like to come in time for feeding time, get a snack w/bees & see milking .

Check the calendar for activities and schedule - the farm itself is open year-round, but different buildings have different hours and scheduled programs can be seasonal.

Come after 4pm for free admission . In the summer if you hang around after milking you can see the cows being driven out to pasture

Probably the worst museum in Ottawa. More like a $10 playground .

To many people here on Good Friday!

Went here with my daughters on a school trip it was ok but not a place I'd go again

New parking charge of $1 /30 min over and above the admission price of $10 (adult) $7 (child) makes this a highly overpriced attraction . A real shame.
