16th Street Mall

Wandering around the street during Christmas time is my favorite! So many ships and places to eat. Take advantage of the free mall ride .

Lived in Colorado for a year. This is one of my favorite places to go. Downtown is beautiful and intimate . And youre just a walk away from the home of the Rockies and Broncos.

On a nice day this is the perfect place to go. You can walk the whole mall strip and find plenty of stores for all of your shopping needs and a variety of different restaurants .

Good restaurants , fun shops and a free bus that goes up and down the street. At one end is Millennium Bridge and right after the bridge is Commons Park . Nice walk when the weather is good

The mall has the basics, but no trip to Denver is complete without adventuring away from 16th. Head up to the ballpark neighborhood or into the highlands to get more of a local feel for Denver!

I liked it so much, it has a lot of stores & restaurants , its a nice place to spend the whole day. Totally recommend it.

People-watching, live entertainers, shops galore, food from every corner of the globe, activists and homeless people. Plus a free mall shuttle running almost all day and night.

I like the art in the alleys as you walk by.

This mile-long, tree-lined promenade is one of Denver’s most visited attractions . There are plenty of kid-pleasing dining options. Each block boasts a landmark or a piece of fun public art .

The street installations do a good job getting people to engage with their surroundings, so the charm is the mall as a community space. Go when the crowds are out.

Unique marketplace and picturesque in places. Dominated by national chains unfortunately and panhandlers are super aggressive. Free bus is a plus.

Pretty nice pedestrianized central area for shopping and walking and checking out this neighbourhood... convenient (and free bus along the strip)!!!

Oh my does it go down hill once with sun goes down. Ladies, don't walk alone late at night and don't let strangers borrow your cell phone. Take the shuttle at almost all hours of the night.

Find the chess boards and challenge one of the resident players to a game.

Nice shopping street, with free ride shuttle along the street.. lots of cafe and restaurant

always have a nice time on the 16th Street mall love spending money there and it looks really nice now I'm decorating for Christmas even though we haven't gotten to Thanksgiving yet.....

Many different shopping stores and countless places to eat some really good food. Occasional street performances and many entertaining characters throughout.

An outdoor mall for 14 blocks with great options to buy lunch or dinner , or simply to meet friends. The bus that comes and goes through the courts is free.

16th street mall is overrated, dirty ,crowded and full of panhandlers . the mallride is amazing and free, so take it where you need to go and GET OFF 16TH. There are many restaurants and shops off 16th

If you are from out of town , this is the place to people watch . Between 11:30 and 1:30 the workers of Denver's oil and gas businesses come out in droves to have meetings on the many patios on mall .

The 16th Street Mall Ride makes getting around downtown easy! With a shuttle coming every 1.5 - 4.5 minutes on weekdays it is easy to explore the city !

Touristy area but the free Mall shuttle is great. Walk all the way down and ride back.

Way more fun to people watch , listen to the street performers and hang with friends then going into the shops.

Great place to people watch , shop, eat and hit up a bar . Always stuff going on nearby. Make this your first stop when visiting.

Great shopping right in the middle of downtown Denver. The free mall ride will get you from one end to the other quickly.

Perhaps one of the best places to meet new people in all of Denver! Don't be afraid to chat up a stranger. Denver has friendly people!

Take the shuttle or walk but it's beautiful either way.

Always something to do, going on, to eat, to see! Fun place to hang out!

Great for people watching . At night, take a ride in a horse drawn carriage. The free mall ride comes in handy otherwise.

When the weather's nice, nothing beats a stroll. But beware: The tall buildings tend to get in the way of the sun, so bring your jacket on those cool days.

Great place to walk around!, great stores, restaurants and bars !

No cars. Free busses run up and down the mall . Super quick way to get from one end of downtown to the other.

At Jagged Mountain - great place with innovative beer and kombucha . Wonderful bartender Kristen!!

This is a tourist attraction of Denver, very mainstream and fun for the family. Some of Denvers better restaurants can be found here

The gentleman with white hair and glasses, on the corner of 16th and Stout , selling The Voice is quite entertaining. Pass a buck to him and support the homeless.

Nice outdoor shopping spot, especially when the weather is pleasant.

Leaving the CU Business building? Don't forget that the 16th Street Mall shuttle is free and drops off near multiple RTD stops.

Too many panhandlers , derelicts, marijuana-smoking urban travelers. No longer a fun place to spend a nice afternoon or evening.

An outdoor mall . So sick, it has everything. See movies , choose from a crapload of resturants, and shop till you drop. There is always something happening there!! (-:

Good food and shops. Plenty of choices. The stoned teenagers are hardly a bother.

Beautiful, clean mall with friendly , knowledgeable restaurant staff !

Denver’s hub of shopping, dining and entertainment that stretches for 16 blocks in the heart of downtown between Market and Broadway Street.

On Curtis and 15th there is a great pawn shop . Helps if you speak Russian too.

All Shops close around 7pm only food/bars stay open after that time.
