The staff is quite helpful and knowledgable , esp since most of them have a menagerie of their own at home.
Managers and staff are friendly and helpful. If you can't find something, just ask one of them. They will price match and also order items for you.

Brutal. Declined at the door and would not groom even though we had an appointment. I'll expand on it if anyone cares but honestly just sick of these guys. Petco on Colllins is a joke.
I will NEVER go back to this store again. Had an appmt @ 930a for my dog, the doors were locked. The groomer wasn't scheduled in until 10, & the mngr didnt even kno how to operate the computer system
