The Visitors Center is powered by SOLAR! Walk behind the building (towards trails ) and look up at the roof.
Nice park and PLENTY of trail . Best gps tag where you park just in case! And beware of closing hours so your vehicle isn't locked in.

The view from the top of the mountain is amazing on a clear day...you can see all the way to downtown ATL !

There is a shuttle bus on the weekends that is great! $2 for adult $1 for kids. 5 and under are free :)

If you are able, take the trail down the backside of Little Kennesaw Mt. and back around. The view was beautiful.
On busy weekends, don't even bother with the main lots. Go straight to the overflow lot on old 41.

Climb to the top of Big Kenn. and take the (not so well ) marked path to the right. Sit out on a sunny day and look out towards Rome, GA
