The challenge of these stairs is amazing .. you see all types of different people running up and down with you, all very motivating . The view is beautiful . Ready to go back to do them faster :)
Much more pleasant than the Dundurn Stairs as they don't go as high, and have more flat sections where you can recover
Mayor's Challenge : 12 sets (up and down or down and up is 1 set) touching every stair walking in 53:06 and every set under 4:30. Give it a try. Get fit.
Hit up Scenic Paradise for some awesome Ice Cream .. p.s. Peanut Butter rocks
