The apartment rooms are very huge and its a good place to have a break wif fly bt if u wnt to choose a room don't choose room C901 one of the room the air con is not working ! The rest are fantastic !
HUGE apartments . We were told it's actually 1,500sq.ft. Nice ambience, comfy , with a seafood steamboat restaurant and a karaoke centre that has 5,000 songs!

Aging aircon. Somw of room might get new aircon. Slow water pressure but good breakfast . Unit are spacious especially 3 room fit for 3 family. Good for family day
Suit for family accommodation . This apartment big and c/w dining+ living + kitchen. Clean and w new curtain&sofa . Reasonable price :)

The rooms are neat and clean but it was VERY VERY HARD to find a parking space . Overall, the place is a perfect place for family and friends. Very near to the beach .

Found 3 large cockroaches the moment I stepped into unit A602. The reception only gave one key for the 4 of us staying there.
Huge apartment ..very2 clean and nice but a bit disappointed low water pressure and also limited parking space ..
Strategically located nearby the beach ,,perfect place for family. The rooms are nice and cozy . Worth what u pay for.

Still using old fashion tv but hv astro but no wifi . Water heater in my room not fuction but all is so so...
The process of checking is super slow. Its okay if no wifi but no 3G coverage? Parking is full, if youre lucky, u can get it fast.

Am happy with the spaciousness of the apartment . Roome are clean BUT the BATHROOM IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING!! The walls are filthy, the floor is dirty . Shower head is broken.
Rooms are musty with very basic furnishing. WiFi is RM5 per hour limited to lobby area. Building is old. City folk will NOT like this place. Couples will not too.
Also their WiFi provider blocked facebook.

I wonder do they really deserve for the 4 star ratings.some areas of the units not properly cleaned .dirty dishware left unattended at the corridors.uncommon reception area.Equatorial far away better.

Bilik sgt bersih, kemas. Swimming pool yg sgt besar. Walking distance to the beach. Ada kids playground di hujung pool. I prefer check-in on the weekdays, to avoid the crowd. Would love to come back ! - Eraa

This place was the only place that had people eating in it around 7pm. Food was really good. Had fried egg, ongchoy, shrimp, salty egg squid, banana leaf chicken. Must try the fresh fruit also. - J H
