Great bookstore spot to browse and look around! As u walk toward the entrance tho from the parking lot , be sure to hold ur breath. Stinky sewer smell out front. What IS that?

It has most all your book and music needs and interesting seasonal and event items. If you can a chair, it's a good place to relax and have a copy while working or studying.

Use their "Pick Me Up" service online at bn.com! You can reserve your item at a local store and they hold it for 3 days! You'll get a text/email to confirm its reserved !

Almost no blurays of any kind! I know it's a bookstore but they used to carry movies too in the past. What happened?

Really hard to find a chair to sit on besides the cafe . There's nothing wrong with choosing a corner in an uncrowded section and holing up there.

Starbucks cafe workers are nazis about sitting in the cafe if you don't want to order anything.

Because of their proximity to Sorrento Valley, this B&N has a great selection of programming books .

Wonderful children's section. Join theory kids club for discounts .

Grab a seat in the children's section if there's no room in the cafe ...it's pretty free at night after bedtime (;

Decent B&N. Always a line at the checkout counter, though. They don't allow dogs (some B&N do!).

This place has free wifi but a lack outlets , if you're looking to charge up, under the benches by the magazines has a power outlet . Other than that you can check out panera , free wifi and outlets .

wifi here is free and a lot faster than panera next door, but there are no outlets

Can't stand people crowding the rows to read books they won't buy. And now they wonder why Borders is gone.

In the cafe area there are nooo outlets . Be ready to use ur computers battery life
