Balthazar Champagne Bar

As I Copenhagen native I recommend this bar . By far one of the best in the country - if you are into your classics then try a Geranium Dry Martini with a Grape Twist!

Ordered the mojito - was only ok. Not close to being the best I've had and not worth the price. That said, great bar & other cocktails had by group e.g manhattan & the cocktail with rhubarb were good

Super uncool place. Don't expect a free glass of water with your 200 dollar bottle of champagne ... They charge for that as well !

The champagnes in the menu were flat (bottles were opened yesterday). The Montrachet took 20 min to get and came hotter than hell. The bouncer stole my phone when I wanted to post a picture of it :(
