24 Hour Fitness

This is prob the best 24 Hour I've been to. All gyms have trouble keeping the cardio equipment repaired. The thing here is that they have a lot of machines. Clean place.

Alotta cardio stuff is recently new, staff is pretty friendly . The afternoon sun turns the free weight room into a sauna . As with any gym , the earlier, or later, the better.

Super friendly staff ! Appreciated the tour even if it was an attempt to get me a trainer . Small for a sport club , but pretty good equipment and not crowded . Ppl watching 'meh' at night.

Try Sunnvale Supersport for Spin, very few of the instructors here are as energetic or fun as Sunnyvale plus a dedicated Spin room with computerized bikes .

Is the steam room working again? The last few times I came over it was out of order. This time when I come over, I expect it to be working again along with the spa and pool.

Come early if you want a spot in the classes in the afternoon!

If you've got flexible hours , there's a great window from about 1:30-3:30 every afternoon.

Gym has been updated and isn't bad. Men's showers are a little bad and the new motivational sayings can either encourage or annoy, but all in all a good gym

Andre's Hip Hop Class on Tuesday is super fun here. Just make sure you know how to dance otherwise you're pretty screwed.

You don't have to park in front. Just park behind BevMo! and run to the gym , get a little warm up before working out

No showers at that gym because its promiscuous. They don't fix their machines ( 2 months with broken machines). They don't pay daily attention the condition of the equipment. A lot to improve!!

Go after 8pm to avoid the work rush!
