自家製粉手打ちそば (国産の畑のそば のみ使用)で、こしのあるお蕎麦屋さん ♪ 営業時間 11:30〜16:00 月曜定休 ◇十割ざるそば は、一切つなぎなしのそば粉 のみのそば 、やや辛口のつゆ 、薬味は下条村 辛味 大根 、穂高わさび 、ねぎ ♪
土曜14時30分に来たら、十割蕎麦 、温かい蕎麦 は売り切れで、ざる蕎麦 しか残ってなかったです。来るなら早い時間で。
十割そば 。店主のおすすめ、大根 を薬味に入れて美味しいお蕎麦 を頂きました。
蕎麦湯も必ず飲むべし
