Courtyard by Marriott

There is a small, well hidden basement parking garage on the side of the building that faces the Residence Inn . You'll need a room key to get in.

Overall decent Courtyard . What really sets this place apart is the bar staff , in particular Josh. Definitely one of the best bartenders I've come across and not just at hotel bars .

Checked in at 0200. Super super nice front desk staff . Parking lot was mostly full, gave me underground parking because be said its late and we just want to get you settled quicker this way. A++.

One of two Courtyards in the country left without the bistro .... Best Marriott bar I've been to. Josh the bartender is awesome and knows his cocktails !

Seems much of the service normally expected from a Marriott hasn't come back since covid (bar hours, daily room coffee replenishment). But the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

If you're a marriot rewards member. You have this as well as a Residence Inn to check into. Also a Fairfield Inn just on the other side of MOA. 5 minute drive to the airport . Great location

Make sure to ask for a room with a balcony or a corner room that is actually a suite...nice courtyard but maid doesn't vacuum so just put dnd on the door they change sheets each guest not daily

Rooms are dated but clean . Internet sucks, cuts in and out all the time, very annoying! Within walking distance of the mall of America, but they will drive you.

Great hotel , nice rooms! I organized an event here in 2008 and the service was perfect.

My room and seemingly the entire floor was very musty.

The pool has so much chlorine in it it almost formed a gas. Choke.

If you can afford it, the staff at Jake's are awesome!

Decent hotel with nice pool and hot tub but the workout room is really small.

Gym is small. Some free weights but not even a bench . At least throw a pull up bar in there...

DAMN staff smoked in our room while away for the day. Gag!!!!! Front desk said "oh sorry"

Guest dryers do not dry all the way. I asked the front desk and was told they couldn't do anything because it was serviced by a vending company??!! WTH! I just wanted dry clothes !

Wish they had fridges and microwaves in the rooms :-(

Horrible TV signal & service Totally different TV service in rooms compared to lobby. No NFL network in rooms so U have 2 hang out in lobby 2 watch games on NFL network. Not customer friendly at all.

Be careful. We just had a room fire. The air conditioner just went up in a pink-purple flame that I had to quickly yank out of the wall. Maintenance doesn't know where the breakers are. Classless.

Strange front desk. Wouldn't check me in despite having rooms free because "mine" wasn't clean .

Way too much chlorine in the hot tub ! Made me gag.

It's terribly overpriced and the worst mattress I have slept on in a hotel .

I think the worst thing was that despite having a fire, they couldn't give a sh*t that it even happened. Actually said, "well I guess it's safe now."
