T1 Check-In Hall

A group of third grade kids could figure out a dramatic improvement in operations in less than 30 minutes. Must have been a group of idiots who designed the format getting passengers through security.

For terminal one...main check in is at level 5 not level 0..level 0 only for jet2.com

Much quicker during early flights, usually chaotic

Always busy, get here in plenty of time and be prepared for long queues at security. The airport upgrades are causing delays.

Most difficult Securiy process in the basement of the airport

Lazy staff , girl from Swissport checking in our bag failed to give us a bar code for our case. When questioned she peeled her head up from her phone sating we don’t need one & the bag won’t get lost.

I hate this airport , most everything is out of order, like the western union
