V&A Dundee

Last entry to the exhibition is 3.45pm so don’t miss out. Totally worth the entry fee! Booking for the restaurant at a normal lunch/dinner time is essential.

Amazing building but had only a single exhibit . Worth spending half an hour. If you have young kids then it becomes much more functional with family and picnic rooms and lots of space.

Great views of the Tay from the terraces .

Unique building with free access to the permanent exhibits . The temporary exhibitions are charged for, and change every few months - worth getting a membership if you visit more than twice a year.

Excellent exhibition . If you want to gift aid ask for the ticket with donation as it can not be sorted after.

Angular serenity. Worth just taking a moment to sit and take in the ambition. Decent WiFi , so nice place to work too.

Avoid the crowds by visiting during winter/holiday times. At opening hours on weekdays in December you might be the only person around.

The new Video Game exhibition runs from April through September 8th. A must for any gamer.

A must visit in Scotland for design lovers. Great design selection

On the two occasions I’ve been to the V&A I’ve left feeling a bit disappointed. The latest exhibition on tartan completely ignored its history to focus on its use in fashion.

Good for a general walk around to see the permanent and temporary exhibits .

Very interesting architecture shame that it seems to be more atrium and offices than gallery space
