This is hands-down the best Italian grocery store I have ever been in. In addition to Italian - there are numerous fresh seafood options and the chicken wings are solid!
A must go to gourmet market . Speciality items , wine and a boutique make this a must!

Probably the best specialty market in Palm Beach . They have a wide selection of Italian products and readymade dishes. The boutique is really cute too!

Went to a place that hardly ever disappoints. Ordered two Turkey Breast sandwiches on Rue Bread . The Turkey was delicious BUT THE RYE BREAD WAS STALE AND TASTELESS ????. Shame on Carmine's.
