This is a fun novelty from United and appreciate UA trying to make their vips feel special and being innovative. The food is solid. The atmosphere is nice and sometimes a welcome drinks
It’s nice and quiet here. Good food and decent service. Way better to pursue a meal here and skip the baby carrots and ranch in the United Lounge . If only they’d also ditched the iPads on every table.
The service is top notch. The mushrooms rival that of a good steakhouse . The desserts surprisingly nice.
Great view , quiet , intimate , relaxing, but service is very slow, so check your boarding time and order accordingly.
Decent salad . Excellent champagne . Not a lot of vegetarian options , but still 10x better than the United club. Relaxing and peaceful environment
Breakfast side of four British style sausage glazed in maple syrup , with a bit of spice, so good!
Good food. Quiet . Spacious private bathrooms . Friendly staff .
The food was over-sauced and greasy, but the hidden door aspect was entertaining. Quiet and uncrowded, which is nice in an airport .
The screens will flash credit card offers at you constantly. Flip it down on the table after placing your order.
Private, invitation only
Great service. Nice a quiet .
Quiet , small. Expensive for what it is ($65 for a drink and 2 appetizers ). Service is slow: watch your boarding time.
The drinks, like a Moscow Mule .
It's nice. Decent food, fun little gimmick. Nothing to write home about
Moscow Mule .
Don’t waste your time. Inefficient service and incredibly inattentive staff . As a unified VIP, I think this is a cruel hoax.
If you are around for breakfast before 11am, have the avocado bao, it is stunningly good! - Kitt Hod
The United Club lounge by gate C123 is great. The breakfast options are quite good, offering a variety of choices like fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and hot items like eggs and oatmeal. - Tom Meehan
