Mini Crab Cakes are the way to go! You get 8 or 9 in an order and some sweet potato tots . Very tasty. The crab cakes are more crab than cake . The fry sauce is good, but only if you like vinegar.

Pretty good place to sit outside in the warm months. Seafood is very good. Do the buckets. $10 valet parking if you eat there or $20 if you don't.

The crab cake appetizer and steamed shrimp were great. Wedge salad and Blackened tuna salad for our meal. Finally, the key lime parfait for dessert can’t be beat. Tim was a great server!

Amazing New England Clam Chowder ! Loved the baby kale salad ! Kids menu choices are okay. Premium Sea Food dinner : $38 for a small portion. Peanut butter pie tasted good; expensive & small portioned

It wasn’t a pleasant visit @ all, we had lobster and crab soups , calamari , tuna nachos , steamed crab let, crab cake , fried shrimp , & fried fish , nothing latterly had a taste or flavor 4 +$200!So Sad????

The service here was beyond excellent! We had Cedrick as our server, and he couldn't have been more pleasant! The food, specifically the Crab Cake Sandwiches , were also excellent. Well worth the cost.

Keep in mind that there's a dessert menu at the end of your meal! If your not totally full, try out the Baltimore Berger Cookie . Simply amazing! I'll bet you'll walk back to your home or hotel room.

Great seafood ! One reason I like coming to the Inner Harbor . One thing, for a good sized restaurant , it's got a small restroom--and it's always full!

Phillips has a piano bar that features local musicians on Fri and Sat nights that play songs based on patron requests. So you can have a little "Tiny Dancer" along with your crabcakes & chardonnay .

Excellent crab cakes and beer list . Our waitress was probably the happiest and most enthusiastic person on earth. Looking forward to a return visit!

Awesome Bloody Mary that comes with a piece of shrimp . Pretty much only has seafood options on the menu. Coworker said the crab cake is great.

After reading reviews apprehensive but oysters excellent, snow crab n steak great and crab cake fantastic no complaints. Server kirstin also great. Would definitely recommend.

On a beautiful day, eat outside on the crab deck . However there's a limited menu available there. Bloody Mary's come topped with a shrimp !

Fish Tacos were priced ok and got two huge tacos...piled with pico de gallo , guacamole , and at the bottom were *some* chunks of fish . Good but it was more like vegetarian tacos than fish tacos .
