Take a walk from Bow to Stratford, check out the Olympic park on your left and the athletes training area on the right hand side. Walking is thirsty work so make sure you stop at the Container Cafe
Great for cycling , walking, running and dog walking. Connects Victoria Park and the Olympic Park to Stratford High Street, West Ham , Plaistow and beyond
Handy traffic free cycle route on top of a sewer - as such it can pong a bit in places.
Great run up to Stratford! 5km up to the Olympic park - if only they'd open up the link again!!
Bit of a hidden gem , walk all the way to the Olympic park and check if Moka East is open
Standing on Sir Joseph Bazalgette's sewer pipes; I love it! ...and can smell it...
Great little spot
A case of being named to divert from its true nature.
It is dirty , litter everywhere.
Perfect for a Sunday walk (the trail goes past numerous lovely pubs). Wet and muddy if it's been raining — remember your wellies. - Aidan Hornsby
Just lovely for running - Nicola Stewart
Take a walk or stop for a beer in front of the canal. The sunny days it's a busy place. - Jordi Llobet
Excellent park and facilities for kids :-) Summer beach brilliant. - Madebythechef
Great little park to run laps of. Nice optional uphill half way round - Owen Meredith
Could spend a month there. So many shops. Pricing is... London pricing, but loads of different things to do. Ping pong tables outside £5 deposit. Good fun! - James Semmence
