The gas is no doubt the lowest price in town but there’s usually a line . No Costco membership is required to buy gas but they only accept Visa credit cards.

Lowest prices in the area, saves me $3 on average (for full tank) compared to Exxon in my city . Lines can be huge so only coming here when I have extra time.
