I'm convinced that this staff never knows what they're doing. Always gets an order wrong, including a soda . How hard is that? It's McDonald's!
This is it folks...the bottom of the food chain served here. I ordered the "Johnsonville" brat , yet somehow was very disappointed! Brat was pre cooked and where was the bakery bun , the onions , kraut ?
Place is always busy, but I've found that overall service is decent, and for the traffic that comes through the speed is quite decent. Lobby is very clean , and is regularly maintained.
Drive thru lady was lazy, fries tasted old oil, asked for smirf toy and didnt get charged for it.
Never have anything right at the drive thru everytime we go threw they screw up . I mean how hard is it pay attention .
Lobby is rarely open. They are always short staffed because they try to pay $12 an hour and they are super slow.
Thought I would try this place after a year. STILL SLOW.

Worst MCD in Waukesha. Poor service. Takes too long to get food. Barely anyone working They even locked the doors to keep new customers from coming in.
Someone here knows how to pile on the ice cream for the 49 cent cone !

Ordered two large sodas . One mellow yellow one dr.pepper. instead i received, A medium mellow yellow no ice, A large dr.pepper with ice and a small water. Wtf.
Slowest drive thru ever. Been here over half an hour!
Check your drive thru order - they always forget something.
