People camp out around certain machines/equipment(i.e. pullup bar area!!!) and that can be annoying. If you see people who want to work-in on the equipment you are on, be nice and let them.
Lock up your stuff! Theft happens @ this gym all the time, but you can't blame 24 hour , they provide lockers for a reason but it's up to you to LOCK IT!
Fantastic gym , it's gigantic, with plenty of classes , including Zumba ! The price is unbelievable (hey, I'm from the East Coast). And, it's really 24 hours ! www.move2denver.com
Probably still the best 24HF in this area. Only one better might be the Super Sport on Briarwood in Aurora (and that's outside the realm for the Costco connection).
Ask for Andy Scott if you want or are thinking of personal training . He is top notch and I know first hand that he'll get you the results you want.
Is advertised on Google as a Super Sport , but they are just a sport . Great equipment and wonderful staff . Lockers leave much to be desired though. ????

Treadmill Tip: Set the treadmill inclination to 1% to 2%. Since there's no wind resistance indoors, a gentle uphill better simulates outdoor running.
This gym is well equipped and pretty empty.
When your just getting into it get in here every day for three weeks then hit a schedule. Make it a habit, and don't worry about the other guy.

Nice set up, weights on the 1st floor and cardio on the 2nd floor.
Alternate 60 seconds sprint on treadmill , 60 seconds pushups . It uses diff. body parts, so when you alternate, they rest.

50 minutes on the eliptical trainer averaging180+ strides per minute followed up by a leg workout that includes leg press of 1000lbs for 8 reps.
Just getting here is half the battle!
