More designed for kids. Quite small overall and can see that the wetlands are not so well maintained. Fortunately great staff & passionate people explaining about the birds that can be seen.
Fun day getaway to enjoy the nature, great photos opportunities for bird lovers ( but beware of mosquito bites)
Make sure you go to the mangroves at low tide so you can catch a glimpse of the mudskippers!
The park is open till 5pm, but the ticketing office closes at 4pm. Parking space is limited, so park in nearby estates (Tin Heng Estate is one of them) and walk a brisk 10 mins to the park .
Pui Pui is the star here. You won't miss it

Crowded in public holiday . If no car park available, turns 4 rights to park inside public estate and walk back in 10 min.
Dress suitably for hot and humid weather in May and bring the cameras !
Take light rail route 705 from Tin Shui Wai MTR station.
There are many crabs at the broadwalk in winter.
