DO NOT CALL them to ask for something. They are VERY incompetent in handling service via the telephone. They just keep transferring you over and over. Literally.
Sadly, the only place around to load your Clipper card. Give yourself at least ten minutes in the store for even a simple cash value load.
Only one person in the whole establishment knows how to add $$ to a Clippercard. Mgmt doesn't even know how. Sad :(
