For those that don't know. The downstairs security checkpoint I'd now gone. But there's a new one upstairs for c concourse. A , b and c concourse s are all connected now. The best food options =a

Remember you should always arrive with plenty of time to check in and get through TSA security. Don't show up at the last minute and and get mad when you miss your flight .

The downstairs Security checkpoint has been closed, but Gate C is the new 'Downstairs' location; no one uses it, and A, B & C connect after security.

Having traveled many times on several airlines , the best tip I can give you is to stick with Southwest!

Great terminal and a very clean airport .

Smallish airport so easy to navigate. Friendly staff ! Be warned: TSA Precheck does NOT have bins so you have to put your items directly on the nasty belt.

There is PinkBerry frozen yogurt now! In the food court near Jamba Juice .

If you're checking a bag, GET THERE 2 HRS EARLY. Missed my flight last week b/c I had to wait at check in for 1 hr, & security for .5 hr. No one cares when you tell them you might miss your flight .

Pay the extra $25 for Early Bird check-in; best "beat the line " $$ I've ever spent.

Pay for early bird check-in, get on and off the plane right after the business passengers! Worth every penny.

The rocking chairs facing the window as you enter Concourse B make me feel like I'm home, if I had a rocking chair at home.

You can do an exoress checkin with printing your boarding pass with your conformation # and express bag drop off. Awesome! Cut off 20 min of waiting.

Silver Diner offers healthy food options . Always a win for travelers. Recommend.

Always consider the downstairs check-in area...it's much faster than the A/B check-in areas upstairs

Give them a chance to help if things are going wrong.

If the TSA line is long at concourse A & B. go down the hall to concourse C TSA. Lines can often be shorter there.

Best Company to work for ! , also you get two free checked bags

No matter what gate you fly out of, go through the security checkpoint at Concourse B-52 lines much shorter and you have access to both sections of gates

Idiotic line for people checking bags w/out a brdng pass. At DCA, you checkin and go to a bag drop. Here, you snake around in a line and whittle away the minutes. Looking at non operating kiosks.

Like many things associated with Southwest, things are superficially nice here.

Favorite airport of all time. Just because it's home.

Pretty pissed about security. Frequently fly out of BWI and can usually breeze right through. Never seen it like this before.. Missed my flight and here I sit.

Go to the security checkpoint on the lower level. Always zero wait, it's a well kept secret!

One of the most awful experiences I have ever had. I will never fly with u folks again. Nice way to get extra money from people for early bird check in.

When security is backed up, try the additional line open downstairs by baggage claim .

If you are in downtown Baltimore it will take approx. 20 mins without traffic. Cab is about 40 bucks.

Charging stations while in waiting terminals and wifi on planes ($5) and completely worth it

The new security check point between B and C is open but does not offer fly by security for Southwest. TSA guys was an asshole about that too.

A mouse hangs out near gate b12, see if you can find him!

Check in online 24 hrs before departure for best seating order.

Downstairs security checkpoint is under construction ...have to wait on the long regular line

Just have to hang tight. Nobody is going anywhere. Too many freak storms out there and pilots have decided to sit tight. No problem for me.

My 19 minute wait time was 126 minutes. Drove to the airport and checked in before anyone even answered the phone.

Keep your eyes open for an open check-in kiosk, they don't always point them out for you.

The lower level security checkpoint is closing mid-April.

More than an hour to get through security...get here 2 hours early in case.

Breakfast at Pinkberry. Do it!

Lower level security check never has a line :)

Parking level 4! It looks like it has no spaces per the system but its WIDE open.

Make sure you actually get a boarding pass. We had to check in again at the gate and ended up being last in boarding order.
