Honestly, everything is AMAZING! Go tos: baked crab hand roll , crispy rice spicy tuna , creamy salmon cut roll.

Spicy tuna with popcorn shrimp and crispy rice , extra-crispy, are both still amazing. Adding separate popcorn shrimp appetizer was even better. The 4 1/2 roll was good too.

The original Katsu-ya and THE BEST. The baked crab roll melts in your mouth. The space is small, but has casual low key vibe that you don't find often.

The fish is so good, you will not want to swallow it. If the chef has a recommendation don't pass it up. I love the jumbo katsu-ya roll.

The salmon sashimi w/ caviar is heaven! Come early if you want to be seated right away. They open at 5:30 for dinner and get packed by 6:30. And that's on a Monday.
