The newly marked Gilbert Jimenez trail is 1 mile from the lower parking lot . Used by mountain bikers and walkers. Very beautiful, short hike . Dog friendly !

It's like Tumamoc hill , only you can drive up it, it's not as high, and there's a ramada to picnic in. Definitely climb up the face of the A.

Had a Blast with Volunteers from 8am-12noon today! About 40people pulling weeds and cleaned up to minimize dry fires for possible fireworks this year!

You go before 9am and if you want to avoid the heat it's best to get there by 6am in the summer.
