Killer Personal Training session . Pushed to the max. Never trained so hard in my life or if I have, I don't remember it being this challenging. I must say I do feel great now after it though.

Restaurant is probably the best thing. Great assortment of machines in an open plan layout. However, the placement of the pool means the entire gym smells like chlorine.

Mornings are best as it is nice and friendly and it is not too busy

It may be dull & gloomy outside but a great workout will brighten up my day :) #dedication #motivation #workout

Gym equipment pretty good but not the best in comparison to a lot of other Clubs
