The employees here are slow an lazy an are more interested with chattering to each other then waiting on paying customers. FYI Starbucks is a service business, everyone can make coffee @ home

My least favorite Starbucks. They don't have any comfy seats , it is always extremely cold and the music is way too loud-this is not a nightclub .

Go to the Starbucks off 31 and Edgewood. The service is better. The manager is nicer. The baristas are more talented.
