Such an amazing experience. The staff is so accommodating and truly make you feel like you're home. Food and the drinks were delicious and the room views were breath taking!

I loved our time here! The pool is beautifully placed looking towards the beach . Restaurants are good and service is great! Beach bar at the left of the beach is best!

I love this place. Truly is my second home . Staff always tries to please. The resort is very clean with gorgeous views of the ocean and the lagoon. They have a lot of free games and activities.

Arrange a private tour to Tulum, Coba, or Aktun Chen through Thomas Moore . Get a guide and a driver & you will get a fabulous history lesson AND a translator. Sergio is a great guide!

If you want to take the jungle tour , you should be at the marina by 8.30 to beat the crowd. They will offer two pictures and a bottle of beer for $30 I got the two photos for $10

Hop on a Cancun bus . It’s $1 super easy super cheap super fast! No reservations no waiting more than 5 minutes. 10000000x better than NY MTA!!!!! Screw u DeBlasio

Get out early in the morning to get the umbrellas closest to the waves for the best view . Order from waiters or Save $ by making your own tropical drinks & bring them down in empty plastic bottles.

If you go to chichen itza take the express trip through Thomas Moore . It leaves early so you beat the crowds and you get back around 3:00 pm or so.

If you have a group of 5-8, arrange for a private tour w/guide of Coba, Chichen Itza or other sites. Through Thomas Moore , it's less expensive & more flexible than group bus tours .

They tell you it is an all inclusive, but that is misleading. It is a vacation club the rental rooms are awful, cramped and noisy . Few dining options,everything closes early. No entertainment options.

La playa esta linda , barman de pool bar son excelentes, meseros de playa igual, pero para hacer el check in se tardaron una hora, no nos enviaron botones y la concierge Rachel jamás se presentó ????

Club Vacacional nefasto, a pesar de tener paquee all inclusive me cobraron la comida del ultimo día por 5 min despues de su supuesto horario de uso que jamas me informaron. Malisima experiencia ????
