Had a similar experience with the paint department being too "involved" with their work rather than acknowledge a customer and let them know they'll be helped as soon as they're done
Not bad overall but the girl in the paint dept let me stand at the counter for 10 minutes before calling for help. Tells me she's mixing 30 gallons. Coulda mentioned that when I came up to the counter
