Tips to prep workout while here: good cardio selection. All Lifetime equipment. Cable machine with some attachments. Dumbbells up to 50lbs. No kettle bells or barbell. Busy in a.m. Quiet in p.m.
This place has improved since I was last here. Lots of weights and treadmills now.
Towels, water, and restroom provided. Must have key card.
